Travel and cancellation insurance
In case something crops up before the vacation, what can I do? Unfortunately nobody is immune from disease or is able to avoid accidents. We recommend the stipulation of travel and cancellation insurance to protect you and your family members in case of unpredictable events from cancellation fees.
In case of cancellation or prior departure we apply the Austrian hotel norms and regulations:
- Up to three months from the agreed day of arrival: no cancellation fees
- Up to one month from the agreed day of arrival: cancellation fees in the value of three nights in the booked room
- Cancellation from 30 days before the agreed arrival date: also if the guest does not use the rooms or treatments booked before, the cancellation fee is 80% of the agreed total price of the stay
